The relaxing bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and enjoys views up to Old Sarum. The luxury wetroom has a power shower and under-floor heating to ensure a refreshing start to your day. Parking is shared on the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Outside there is access to a small courtyard.

The medieval market city of Salisbury is approximately a mile walk from Sarumdipity, via a dedicated paved footpath and cycle path leading through parkland and along the banks of the river to the heart of the city and the Cathedral. Salisbury has lots to offer, from historic landmarks to a vibrant culture festival, and if the shopping and sight seeing tires you out you can relax in one of many restaurants, cafés, pubs, Inns and bars.

Sarumdipity gets its name from Old Sarum; A world heritage site which now lies in ruins, but has previously been the seat of William the Conqueror and King John. Reenactments are a regular occurrence at this medieval castle, which can be seen from the bedroom and is just a short walk across fields. Meanwhile, the lounge has views over the Stratford Nature Reserve water meadows to the River Avon making it especially appealing to fishermen and nature lovers alike. Everyone can enjoy the local nature, whether you want to fish the river and other local waters, enjoy walking with wildlife or simply relax with a picnic by the river.

For those who enjoy historical sites Stonehenge and Woodhenge are 8 miles North, with Avebury Stone Circle and Silbury Hill 24 miles away. The beautiful city of Bath is just 40 miles and the Coast is even closer with Bournemouth being just 30 miles.

For anglers, Sarumdipity overlooks the Parsonage Farm stretch of the river and is half a mile from the Cartshed, home of Salisbury and District Angling. The Durnford beats and the Town Water are both a short walk away. You know if there is a hatch on because the May Flies dance in the garden, and during a spinner fall they will be landing on the car!

Whether you are coming to Salisbury to fish, sightsee, shop or work, stay at Sarumdipity and make your own lucky discovery under the charm of old Sarum.
